The 4-Step Vetting Process

Initial Contact & Discovery
Submit your preliminary information via our online form. We’ll reach out to schedule an initial conversation to discuss your vision and ministry background.

Full Packet Submission
Following initial approval, you will submit a detailed application packet, including your theological philosophy, proposed governance structure, and financial plan.

Formal Vetting Interview
Meet with the Plant Indy vetting committee (made up of leaders from our local church partnership Indy) for in-depth discussion and assessment of your project.

Funding & Partnership Agreement
Upon approval, we formalize the partnership, outlining funding commitments, accountability structures, and the mentorship schedule.
